IR Corporation warrants its products under normal use for a period of 12 months from date of shipment to our customers. This warranty does not apply if the product is found to be defective due to accident, improper installation and or operation and wrong applications. The warranty is also void if the product was found to have been altered, tamper with or repaired by persons that are not authorized by TechnoDigm or its authorized representative. Customer has the responsibility to ensure that the product is suitable for their application. Under NO circumstances shall the obligation of the manufacturer arising from this warranty exceed the purchase price of this product. Also Under no circumstances shall the company be liable for consequential or incidental damages.
Service Policy
Warranty repair
All products will be repaired at no charge if warranty has not expired. This repair is only valid if product is not deemed to be misused or not due to normal wear and tear.
Non Warranty repair
All products sent for repair will be charged if the warranty has already expired. The fee will depend on the nature of the work and parts needed. A warranty of 3 months will apply for the replacement parts or works ONLY. Customer accepts all shipment charges.
Shipping instructions
Before sending for repair, customer must ask for a RMA nos. otherwise the product will not be accepted. All products must be shipped at the customer’s expense to IR Corporation’s location or any authorized repair centre. After Warranty repair, product will be shipped back to customer at no charge(including freight except taxes, documentation and any other charges). Method of shipment will be dictated by TechnoDigm. If any special arrangement or freight has to be arranged, customer will have to pay for all expenses). Customer pays for all shipment cost if repair is not under warranty
